Magna AI is building a technology-led personal branding platform for founders, CEOs, CXOs and business leaders.

We help leaders build a strong, authentic and consistent presence across platforms like LinkedIn and other social channels — combining strategy, storytelling, content and AI.

We’re looking for a Personal Brand Strategist who can understand the person behind the profile, identify what makes them unique, and turn their expertise, experiences and ideas into a powerful personal brand. What You’ll Do

Work closely with clients to understand their personality, expertise, goals and point of view.

Develop and execute personal branding strategies tailored to each client.

Identify strong content angles, stories, opinions, experiences and industry insights from client conversations.

Build content strategies that are authentic to the individual, rather than generic LinkedIn content.

Work with the content and creative team to turn ideas into high-quality posts, carousels, videos and other formats.

Track content performance and continuously identify ways to improve reach, engagement and positioning.

Understand what is happening in a client's industry and identify opportunities for them to participate in relevant conversations.

Manage multiple clients and projects while maintaining quality and consistency.

Work closely with internal teams and take ownership of challenges from ideation to execution.

Proactively identify problems and figure out solutions instead of waiting for instructions. What We’re Looking For

You could be a outstanding fit if you have:

1–3 years of experience in personal branding, content strategy, social media, marketing, communications, journalism, PR or a related field.

Strong understanding of LinkedIn and personal branding.





Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The ability to understand different personalities and translate their thoughts into compelling content.

Strong curiosity about business, founders, startups, leadership and industries.

Strategic thinking — you should be able to understand why something should be posted, not just what should be posted.

Strong ownership and accountability.

Ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Comfort with ambiguity and changing requirements.

A problem-solving mindset — if something doesn't work, you figure out why and find a way forward.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
