Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Life Science Automation & Digital Transformation professional. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing automation solutions for life science manufacturing and laboratory environments, ensuring alignment with GxP and other regulatory requirements. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess existing processes, define digital transformation roadmaps, and support the integration of computer systems, data platforms, and control systems.

Daily responsibilities include conducting technical and compliance assessments, preparing documentation and validation deliverables,



troubleshooting automation issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role also requires collaboration with internal and client stakeholders, participation in audits and regulatory inspections, and contributing to knowledge sharing and best practices within the organization.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Science, preferably with a degree in life sciences, engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related discipline.

Demonstrated Analytical Skills, including problem-solving, data interpretation, and process optimization in regulated or technical environments.

Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and document processes and validation activities.

Experience with Research and applied investigation in automation, digital systems, or life science processes to support data-driven decision-making.

Relevant Education such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or scientific field; professional certifications in GxP, CSV, automation, or digital transformation are an advantage.

Familiarity with GxP compliance, CQV, CSV, and data integrity principles in pharmaceutical or biotechnology settings.

Hands-on experience with automation systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA, DCS), industrial IT, or digital platforms used in life science operations.

Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving regulatory and technological requirements.
