Role Description The Legal Intern role at CosmoQuick is a remote internship focused on supporting the legal team with day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include assisting with legal research on employment, technology, data protection, and marketplace-related issues, as well as reviewing and preparing basic legal documents such as contracts, policies, and terms of use. The intern will help identify and track legal issues relevant to online platforms and hiring marketplaces, and support the maintenance of compliance-related documentation. Additional tasks may include summarizing legal findings for internal stakeholders,



collaborating with cross-functional teams on legal queries, and supporting legal consulting activities under supervision.

This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to technology and employment law while contributing to the company’s growth.

Qualifications

- Solid foundational knowledge of Law and an interest in technology, employment, and data protection regulations.
- Ability to assist with Legal Consulting tasks under guidance, including reviewing platform policies and advising internal teams.
- Experience or coursework related to Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, formatting, and organizing contracts and legal policies.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for summarizing legal research and collaborating with non-legal stakeholders.
- Capacity to identify, analyze, and clearly describe Legal Issues relevant to online marketplaces and hiring platforms.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a law degree program (JD, LLB, or equivalent), or relevant legal studies.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote workplace.
- Comfort with using online research tools and productivity software; prior internship or project experience in a legal setting is a plus.
