? Role Overview

We are seeking a Legal Intern who will support our legal and liaisoning team with drafting, research, documentation, and client coordination.

Marathi language proficiency is required as the role involves direct interaction with housing societies, clients, and authorities.

? Key Responsibilities 1. Legal Drafting & Documentation

- Assist in drafting MoUs, Development Agreements, PMC Agreements, 79A Documents , etc.
- Prepare affidavits, undertakings, indemnity bonds, letters, legal notes , and other documentation.
- Help maintain legal records, agreements, and document logs.

2. Legal Research & Compliance

- Conduct research on MHADA, SRA, MOFA, RERA, DCPR 2034, UDCPR 2020, and Co-operative Housing Society Laws .
- Assist in preparing briefs, case summaries, compliance checklists, and legal opinions.

3. Society, Client & Authority Coordination





- Participate in society meetings and communicate project details in Marathi when required.
- Coordinate with advocates, government departments, and internal design/PMC teams.
- Translate or explain documents to society members in Marathi .

4. Liaisoning Support

- Assist in preparing documentation for NOCs, approvals, applications, permissions , etc.
- Help in filing and tracking submissions with various authorities.

? Eligibility Criteria

- Pursuing LL.B / B.A. LL.B / LL.M or recent graduate
- Understanding of real estate laws is an added advantage
- Strong command of Marathi (spoken, written, and reading)
- Positive proficiency in English & MS Office tools (Word, Excel)

? Skills Required

- Good drafting & documentation ability
- Strong legal research skills
- Clear communication in Marathi & English
- Professional behaviour during client/society interactions
- Ability to travel for meetings when needed
