Role Description The Legal Expert will work on-site in Jaipur in a full-time capacity, providing legal advice and support to clients dealing with unsecured debt and financial disputes. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client cases, interpreting relevant laws and regulations, and advising on appropriate debt resolution strategies.

The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents and settlement agreements, preparing case summaries, and maintaining accurate records of negotiations and client communications.

The Legal

Expert will coordinate with banks, NBFCs,



and other stakeholders to support settlement negotiations, while ensuring all actions comply with applicable legal and regulatory standards. The position also requires transparent communication of legal options to clients, maintaining confidentiality, and contributing to internal process improvements.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Law, with expertise in debt, financial, and consumer protection regulations.
- Proficiency in Legal Consulting, including advising clients on legal rights, options, and risk mitigation.
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation, such as drafting notices, settlement agreements, and legal correspondence.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and manage Legal Issues related to unsecured debt and financial disputes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); LL.M or specialized training in banking/financial law is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a legal consultancy, law firm, or in-house legal role, preferably in debt resolution or financial services.
- Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and capability to handle multiple client cases simultaneously.
