Job Summary:

We are seeking a Lecturer – Computer Networking will be responsible for delivering quality teaching in networking, AI, and data science domains through theory and practical sessions. The role includes developing academic materials, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development while integrating modern technologies and industry practices into teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver lectures and laboratory sessions in Computer Networking, Network Security, AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.

· Prepare lesson plans, lab manuals, assignments, and examination materials aligned with the polytechnic curriculum.

· Teach networking concepts including protocols, network devices, cloud networking, and network automation.

· Teach AI/ML concepts using practical approaches and real-world examples.

· Supervise and evaluate student performance in both theory and practical sessions.

· Encourage student engagement through hands-on projects, case studies, and innovative teaching methods.

· Maintain and upgrade lab infrastructure, networking equipment, and relevant software/tools.

· Stay updated with emerging technologies (AI/ML, Cisco technologies, cloud networking, etc.).

· Mentor students on academic progress, career development, internships, and higher studies.

· Participate in curriculum development, academic reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Organize and contribute to workshops, seminars, and staff development programs.





· Collaborate with industry and support research, innovation, and knowledge-sharing activities.

· Participate in departmental meetings, institutional committees, and administrative activities.

Desired Candidate Qualification

· Educational Qualification, B.E - CSE / IT / AI and Data science / M.E - CSE / IT.

· 0 - 8 years of teaching experience and fresher with strong academic background and passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.

· Strong knowledge of Computer Networking, Network Security, AI, and Machine Learning.

· Familiarity with networking technologies (Cisco, cloud networking, protocols, network devices).

· Ability to teach complex concepts clearly with practical orientation.

· Good communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.

· Proficiency in relevant tools, programming languages, and simulation software.

· Passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning.

· Interest in academic development, research, and innovation.
