Role Overview The Leapwork Test Automation Specialist – D365 (F&O;) is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automated test suites for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations using Leapwork. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating test cases and test flows, executing automated and manual tests, monitoring test runs, and analyzing results to identify defects and performance issues. The specialist collaborates closely with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, define test strategies, and ensure high-quality deployments. The role also involves maintaining test documentation, optimizing test coverage, troubleshooting automation issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes and standards.

Notice Period: Only immediate Joiner NOTE:: We are looking for an experienced Leapwork Automation Testing Specialist with robust exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;).

Key Responsibilities Test Automation Design Create and maintain automated test flows using Leapwork’s visual interface for critical ERP scenarios such as sales order creation,



invoice processing, and procurement workflows.

Regression Testing

Execute automated regression tests after code changes or Microsoft updates to validate system stability and prevent disruptions to existing functionality.

Test Case Management

Convert manual test cases into automated flows, maintain reusable components, and ensure scalability of test libraries. Data-Driven Testing Implement parameterized testing using Excel or datasets to validate multiple scenarios (e.g., invoices with varying values etc.).

Integration Testing

Validate data flows between D365 and external systems, ensuring seamless integration and accurate transaction handling. CI/CD Integration Integrate Leapwork with Azure DevOps pipelines to enable automated test execution during deployments. Reporting & Analysis Generate detailed test reports, analyze failures, and collaborate with QA and development teams to resolve issues.

Required

Skills

Leapwork Expertise Strong hands-on experience in creating and managing test flows within Leapwork for D365 F&O; systems (Leapwork Test Automation).

D365 F&O; Knowledge Deep understanding of D365 Finance & Operations modules, workflows, and integration points. Automation & QA Skills Experience in functional testing, regression testing, and test case conversion to automation (Regression & integration testing).

Technical Proficiency Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), data-driven testing, and ERP integrations (Azure DevOps / CI-CD & Data-driven testing).

Soft Skills Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a quality-first mindset.
