Key Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing, and vetting commercial contracts, agreements, and internal policies
Conducting legal research on corporate, labour, environmental, and automotive regulations
Supporting compliance processes, regulatory filings, and internal audits
Assisting in due diligence and risk assessment for ongoing business projects
Preparing case briefs, legal summaries, and maintaining documentation/records

Candidate Profile
Pursuing LL.B. (3rd year ,4th year) or LL.M. from a reputed institution
Robust capabilities in legal research, drafting, and compliance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior internship experience in a corporate legal team or law firm (preferred)
