Lead Generation Specialist
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated
Lead Generation Specialist to identify and cultivate recent business prospects. You will act as the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for sourcing leads, initiating contact, and setting up qualified meetings to drive our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Prospect:
Identify target audiences and source potential client lists using LinkedIn, industry directories, and other tools.
Outreach:
Execute outbound outreach campaigns via email, social media, and cold calling to generate interest.
Qualify:
Engage with inbound and outbound leads to determine their fit and schedule introductory meetings for the sales team.
Track:
Maintain and update accurate records of all activities, lead statuses, and contact information in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
