Marketing Executive (IVF Hospital)

Roles & Responsibilities
Promote the hospital's IVF and fertility services to referral doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with gynecologists, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and other referral sources.
Conduct regular field visits to generate patient referrals.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Identify recent business opportunities and expand the hospital's referral network.
Coordinate health camps, awareness programs, and promotional events.
Monitor competitors' activities and provide market insights.
Maintain daily visit reports and submit activity updates to the reporting manager.




Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient conversion and follow-up.
Achieve monthly marketing and referral targets.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the Management.

Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel for field marketing activities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: Starting from ₹20,000 per month Work Location: On-site / Field Marketing
