Marketing Executive - Contracting cum Real Estate Company

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and pursue recent business opportunities in target markets.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and contractors.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project bids in coordination with the technical and estimating teams.
Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events to promote company services.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the construction and real estate sector.
Solid understanding of interior fit-outs, exterior works, and roofing systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Candidate must have a reliable two -wheeler for daily commute, client meetings and site visits.
