Role Description The Management Representative is a full time, in office role based in Lodhika. The role involves overseeing day-to-day management operations, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring quality standards, conducting employee training, and facilitating communication between departments.



The Management Representative will also play a key role in driving sales initiatives, analyzing business processes, and ensuring overall organizational efficiency.

Qualifications
Robust Analytical Skills for evaluating business processes and improvement opportunities
Exceptional Customer Service and Sales skills to maintain and grow client relationships
Excellent Communication and Training skills for effective collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams
Ability to solve problems and make decisions effectively under time constraints
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
