Key Responsibilities
Participate in structured on-the-job training and departmental rotations.
Learn the policies, processes, and functions of different business units.
Assist managers and team leads in daily operations and projects.
Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
Attend workshops, training sessions, and team meetings as part of the development program.
Identify process improvement prospects and present recommendations.
Shadow experienced staff to gain exposure to managerial tasks and responsibilities.
Complete performance assessments and progress evaluations throughout the training period.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's mission, values, and goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing,
or a related field.
Recent graduate or final-year student with 0–1 year of work experience.
Solid academic performance and leadership involvement in extracurricular activities (preferred).
