We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead growth initiatives in the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue through innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the HoReCa sector.
Build solid, long-term relationships with hospitality clients and key decision-makers.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on profitability and sustainability.

Requirements:
Proven track record in business development or sales,



preferably in HoReCa or hospitality.
Solid networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to create and implement strategic growth plans.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
