Lead Finance function for the Engine Assembly Plant and partner with the Plant Manager
Scenario analysis, efficiency studies, cost control and planning
Ensure Plant financial accuracy, statutory and internal control compliance
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.
Monthly/Periodical timely reporting for regional consolidation
Lead the financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and trends, identifying risks and prospects to drive business growth and profitability.
Partner with senior management and manufacturing department heads to develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
Drive process improvements and efficiencies




Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Operations, and Sales, to support strategic initiatives, evaluate investment opportunities, and assess business performance.
Identify and evaluate potential financial risks and opportunities
Qualified degree in Finance - CA, CMA, MBA or equivalent
Experience in financial analysis and reporting
Financial compliance and robustness
Budget control and internal control
Driving operational efficiencies; finance alignment on business decisions
Meet the accounting and statutory standards requirements
Single Point of Contact for all finance matters relating to the Plant
Team coordination and team development
