We are looking for a agile, result-oriented Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in both sales and marketing, particularly field marketing and business development. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, execute marketing initiatives, and drive revenue growth. Candidates with prior experience in the education sector, including schools, universities, educational institutions, or education-related services, will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies to strengthen the company's brand presence and support business growth.
Plan and execute field marketing activities, institutional visits, client outreach programmes, roadshows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate business opportunities.
Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients through regular meetings, presentations, and relationship-building activities.
Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads.




Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, universities, educational institutions, corporate clients, industry associations, and other key stakeholders.
Represent the company at conferences, seminars, education fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Support the leadership team in client meetings by preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral.
Coordinate with internal design and content teams to develop brochures, presentations, case studies, and promotional material.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging prospects to recommend current business strategies.
Track marketing and sales performance, maintain lead pipelines, and prepare periodic reports on campaign effectiveness and business development activities.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, institutional visits, marketing events, and business development activities.
