Perform incoming inspection of raw materials .
Conduct in-process inspection at various manufacturing stages to ensure conformance to specifications.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and test data.
Prepare and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for production and inspection equipment.
Coordinate with the maintenance team for machine maintenance and calibration of measuring instruments.
Record and track downtime and preventive maintenance data for continual improvement.
Support in development of process parameters, trial runs, and validation during current product development.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Production, Purchase) to ensure a smooth development process.
Maintain a workplace organized through 5S activities in inspection and production areas.
Oversee training of workers, Identify training need from H.O.D’s,



Create training plan & organise training. Evaluate training & check effectiveness of the training & Update skill matrix.
Ensure adequate skills & availability of workers at each work station.

Preferred Experience
Min. 3 years in an engineering role in a manufacturing or industrial company
Close familiarity with quality tools is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
