This is a high-exposure, high-learning role for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems,



working across functions and converting ideas into structured execution.

We're looking for professionals with 2–5 years of experience in Founder's Office, consulting, strategy, product, transformation, program management, fintech, NBFCs or a high-growth startup.

MBA/PGDM preferred—but ability, ownership and execution matter more than pedigree.
