Knowledge of fasteners & related process.

Knowledge of Quality circle,5-s, lean etc.

Daily production planning

Having positive knowledge of cold Forging / rolling / CNC/ CLG / Tooling exp.

Valuable knowledge of computer – PPT / Excel/Word / AutoCAD

Valuable presentation skill

Production, Manpower planning in the section.

Driving Improvement activities in Department.

Involvement in new part development in section.





Daily disposal of rejection/rework

Control of consumables in section.

To Provide on job trainings to new contractual employees including safety and quality.

Work for elimination of abnormalities.

Driving & Involvement in improvement/ Kaizen activities
