Well versant with operations department functions. Try outs of recent parts Project expansion for current products Machinery selection Reduction of expandable tools Up-gradation of facility in technology with collaborators guidance Training operators & engineers in existing facility Identify production tools for CNC machines Setup time reduction Cycle time reduction.
Technical Support Programming of parts, tooling development and etc. - Process knowledge
Interpersonal skill Programming of parts as per the load sheet. Tooling development for current component First pass of programming Reduce the cycle time by better method of programming. Cost reduction of cutting tools Bring in new material cutting practices.
