About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated MERN Stack Backend Intern to join our development team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in building scalable backend applications using the MERN stack. You will work closely with experienced developers on real-world projects while learning industry best practices.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Design and manage databases using MongoDB.
Build secure, scalable, and high-performance RESTful APIs.
Integrate backend services with frontend applications.
Debug, test, and optimize application performance.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers during development.
Participate in code reviews and team meetings.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
Understanding of Node.js and Express.js.
Familiarity with MongoDB and database operations.
Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.




Understanding of Git and version control.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of React.js.
Knowledge of authentication methods such as JWT.
Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman.
Exposure to cloud platforms or deployment concepts is a plus.

Eligibility
Students pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
