Position: Leader / Leader Designate – Software Development (PW1520ST RM 4316) About The Role We are seeking an experienced Leader – Software Development to lead the design, development, and deployment of software solutions for high-speed industrial automation systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine control software development, industrial automation, motion control systems, and team leadership. This role involves managing end-to-end software development activities, mentoring engineering teams, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Educational Qualification : B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience 15 to 20 years of experience in software development, preferably within industrial automation and machine control systems.

Minimum 5 years of experience in team leadership, project delivery, and customer engagement.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Support equipment trials, commissioning activities, and site proving.
