- Lead and co-ordinate all Primary Freight cost and Inventory planning across categories for Finished Goods including raw Material movement.
- Accountable for evaluation and recommendation of Capex investments.
- Monthly reporting of consolidated PSO cost include operations cost, cost saving targets, business waste tracker. Lead the budgeting.
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators, key business drivers and analyses key financial metrics including areas of Primary Freight, Inventory and overall Supply Chain cost
- Lead development of Modeling tools for productive freight cost, Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis for reducing total delivery cost
- Lead the Logistics reporting, rolling forecast and target setting processes, be able to connect different business areas and act as an active partner to the logistics head.
- Lead Inventory reduction & reduce write off along with S&OP;, being a key focus area due to very large demand variability.
- Freight negotiations - Partner in freight / warehousing negotiations with business team
