Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday / ServiceNow integrations. Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, RaaS, and WQL. Design and implement HRSD (HR Service Delivery) integrations with Workday and other enterprise applications.

Analyze integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and production incidents. Perform integration testing, debugging, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Work with business, HR, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver integration solutions. Provide technical guidance to integration developers and support code/design reviews. Prepare technical documentation and integration specifications.

Skills





5–10 years of experience in Workday / ServiceNow integration development. Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio. Strong experience with Workday RaaS (Report-as-a-Service) and WQL (Workday Query Language). Mandatory hands-on experience with HRSD integrations.

Experience integrating Workday/ServiceNow with HR and enterprise applications. Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, XML/JSON, and integration concepts.

Experience in integration troubleshooting, testing, monitoring, and production support. Valuable communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to provide technical leadership and guide junior/mid-level developers
