– MSP Recruiter / MSP Recruitment Lead

Location: Chennai / Bangalore Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced MSP Recruiter / MSP Recruitment Lead with 10+ years of experience in IT staffing, MSP/VMS-based recruitment, and contingent workforce management. The candidate should have strong experience managing MSP programs, working with VMS platforms, vendors, clients, and internal recruitment teams. Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for MSP/VMS-based contingent workforce requirements.

Work closely with MSP partners, clients, hiring managers, and vendors to understand requirements and deliver qualified candidates.

Handle high-volume IT staffing requirements across various technologies and skill sets.

Manage candidate sourcing, screening, submissions, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.

Ensure adherence to MSP processes, SLAs, submission guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Work on VMS platforms such as Beeline, Fieldglass, VNDLY, Coupa or similar tools.

Coordinate with staffing vendors and manage vendor performance, submissions, and candidate pipelines.

Track recruitment metrics including time-to-submit, time-to-fill,



submission-to-interview and interview-to-selection ratios.

Maintain strong relationships with MSP program managers, vendors, candidates, and stakeholders.

Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and implement improvements.

Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, background verification, and onboarding activities.

Provide regular recruitment dashboards and status reports to management.

Guide and mentor junior recruiters and support the team in meeting hiring targets.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in IT recruitment/staffing, with significant experience in MSP/VMS recruitment.

Strong understanding of India staffing models and contingent workforce recruitment.

Hands-on experience with VMS/MSP tools such as Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, Coupa, etc.

Strong knowledge of IT technologies and hiring requirements.

Experience working with multiple staffing vendors and managing vendor relationships.

Solid understanding of recruitment SLAs, compliance, and process governance.

Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
