? We’re Hiring | Lead Qualification Executive AKSN Properties Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Lead Qualification Executive to join our team in Rayagada, Odisha. This is an office-based role for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, understanding their requirements, and helping our sales team convert enquiries into site visits. What you'll do:

- Call and follow up with property enquiries
- Understand customer requirements and budget
- Qualify leads and update CRM
- Coordinate site visits with the sales team
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers
- Communicate professionally with customers on WhatsApp & phone What we're looking for:
- Good communication skills in Odia/Hindi
- Basic English communication
- Confident and polite on phone calls
- Comfortable using Google Sheets/CRM
- Disciplined and punctual




- Willing to learn sales
- Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply

Experience: 0–3 years preferred

Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000/month, depending on experience

Location: Rayagada, Odisha Working Hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM

Lunch Break: 1:00 PM–2:00 PM
