The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable web applications while guiding the development team on technical decisions and best practices.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end development using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. Design scalable and high-performance web applications, REST APIs, and microservices. Participate in system design, architecture, and technical decision-making.

Develop reusable, maintainable, and high-quality code. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and security standards. Troubleshoot complex application and production issues. Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the team.

Collaborate with Product, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and other stakeholders.



Contribute to Agile ceremonies, estimation, planning, and delivery. Identify and implement solutions for application performance, scalability, and reliability.
