This posting covers two senior roles - apply for the one that fits you.

Role 1 - Discipline Lead (Electrical / HVAC / Plumbing & Fire), 8+ years:

Own the discipline across all active projects - five-star hotels, large commercial towers, high-rise residential and townships: design direction, calculations review, drawing approval before issue. Lead DBR, BOQ and specification production; defend designs in client and PMC meetings (IHCL, Hilton, Leela-grade clients and institutional developers). Mentor engineers and draftsmen; enforce QA and revision discipline.

Track record as lead or senior engineer on five-star hotel,



high-rise or premium commercial projects required, with full command of discipline codes and statutory approvals.

Role 2 - MEP Coordinator, 5-10 years:

Coordinate MEP design across disciplines and with architecture and structure - clash resolution, ceiling coordination, shaft and plant-space management on hotels, commercial, high-rise and township projects. Run BIM/Revit coordination where applicable; manage drawing schedules and issue registers; site visits for execution review and closing RFIs between site and design office. Multi-discipline MEP fluency with AutoCAD required; Navisworks/Revit preferred.
