Summary: UST is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in Java technologies, Spring Boot, Microservices, React, AWS cloud services, and modern DevOps practices. This role requires a hands-on professional who can contribute across the full software development lifecycle while ensuring application scalability, reliability, security, and performance.

The Opportunity: As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building modern full-stack applications, developing cloud-native microservices, and driving engineering excellence through best practices, automation, and continuous improvement.

Key Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.

Build responsive, intuitive, and high-performing user interfaces using React.

Design and implement Microservices-based architectures for enterprise applications.

Develop, maintain, and optimize RESTful APIs and backend integrations.

Deploy and support cloud-native applications on AWS services including EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, and RDS.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver highly scalable and resilient solutions.

Implement containerization and deployment strategies using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Ensure application security, reliability, scalability,



and adherence to coding standards.

Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by adopting modern development and DevOps practices.

Mentor junior developers and support technical knowledge sharing across teams.

What You Need: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.

Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.

Experience designing and implementing Microservices Architecture.

Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs using Java technologies.

Strong frontend development experience with React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS cloud platforms.

Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD implementation.

Strong understanding of software design principles, scalability, and performance optimization.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
