Position Overview

We're looking for a multi-skilled Growth Marketer & Webmaster to take ownership of our digital patient acquisition engine, end to end.

We don’t have a dedicated web developer on staff so you will be our one-stop digital architect building and maintaining custom web pages, running high-ROI paid ad campaigns,



and making sure our surgical packages rank high on Google Search, Google Map Packs, and emerging AI search engines.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Website Development, Maintenance & CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)

* Design, develop and maintain fast mobile responsive website pages and landing pages using WordPress/Webflow or HTML/PHP. Add web forms, click-to-call buttons, WhatsApp API chat and cloud telephony/CRM lead-tracking tools.

Ensure core web vitals, cPanel / VPS server health, SSL certificates & site security.

- Regularly optimize landing page design and CTAs to convert search traffic to booked consultations

1. Advertising (Google & Meta Advertising)

* Create and manage targeted Google Search, Call Only, and Performance Max campaigns for surgical keywords in Surat. Create high converting Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with video testimonials, facility highlights and transparent package breakdowns.
- Strict compliance with Meta and Google Healthcare Ad policies to prevent ad disapprovals.

1. SEO / AEO / GEO – Organic Search & AI Optimization

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). Re-structure content, procedural guides and FAQs so that Dr. Patki Hospital is the top recommendation in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT,



Perplexity and Claude.
- Local SEO Dominance: Maintain Top-3 presence on Google Map Packs in Surat thru GBP management and local citations.
- Schema & E-E-A-T: Add custom JSON-LD schema (MedicalCondition, Physician, MedicalProcedure, FAQPage) that adheres to Google’s E-E-A-T and YMYL guidelines.

Requirements/Qualifications

- Experience: 3+ years of digital marketing and web design experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Healthcare, Hospitals or Specialty Surgical Clinics.
- Webmaster Skills: Hands-on experience with WordPress/Webflow, HTML/CSS, basic PHP, cPanel/hosting management, schema generators, PageSpeed optimization.
- Paid Ads Mastery: Proven experience running paid Google Search and Meta ad campaigns with trackable ROAS/CPA in the healthcare industry.

AI & Local SEO Knowledge: Hands-on knowledge of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and local map pack ranking strategies.

Analytics: Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager (event/conversion tracking), Meta Pixel, Google Search console and Ahrefs/Semrush.
