Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing data-driven projects and a strong expertise in Databricks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring project delivery within scope, time, and budget while leveraging Databricks for data analytics and processing. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in project management.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple data projects utilizing Databricks, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.





Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members in best practices and methodologies.

Mandatory Skills

Strong expertise in Databricks, including data engineering and analytics.

Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Knowledge of machine learning concepts and frameworks.

Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Databricks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

8-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on data projects.

Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced workplace.
