MongoDB Administrator
Manage, monitor, and maintain MongoDB databases.
Implement backup, recovery, replication, and database hardening best practices.
Monitor database health, including slow queries, replication lag, node failures, CPU, memory, locks, connections, and index usage.
Optimize query performance and troubleshoot database issues.
Plan and execute database upgrades, maintenance, and patch deployments.
Design and support High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.
Collaborate with application teams for impact analysis, query tuning, and database changes during releases.
Automate database deployment and maintenance processes using scripting.
2–5 years of experience as a MongoDB Administrator/DBA.
Solid expertise in MongoDB administration, performance tuning, backup & recovery, and replication.
Valuable Experience of enterprise architecture, databases, networking, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Proficiency in Unix/Shell Scripting and Python.
Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows environments.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹320,205.46 - ₹800,000.00 per year
