MICE & Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented MICE & Operations Manager to plan, execute, and manage Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) alongside day-to-day hospitality operations. You will bridge corporate travel demand from Seeta Travels with on-site venue execution at Stanwood Hospitality to deliver seamless, high-impact events and group stays.

Key Responsibilities

· MICE & Event Operations: Lead end-to-end management of corporate events, conferences, banquets, and group travel itineraries. Oversee venue setup, catering, and AV logistics.

· Flight Management: Oversee group flight ticketing, charter bookings, flight schedule tracking, and seamless corporate travel arrangements via GDS/airline booking systems.

· Car Rentals & Transport Fleet: Manage local/outstation chauffeur services, VIP fleet arrangements, airport transfers, and car rental vendor allocations for event delegates.

· Seeta Travels & Stanwood Integration: Serve as the central operational hub connecting corporate travel booking needs (flights + fleet) with hotel stay and event execution.

· Vendor & Partner Negotiations:



Negotiate competitive rates with airlines, fleet/car rental suppliers, and event vendors to maximize profit margins.

· Budgeting & Post-Event Billing: Manage event budgets, reconcile flight and transportation invoices, monitor per-event profitability, and issue final client billing.

· Crisis & In office Problem Solving: Manage last-minute flight delays/cancellations, route changes, and transport adjustments calmly and efficiently.

Key Requirements
Experience: 4–6 years in MICE management, event operations, or corporate travel logistics within a travel agency or hotel brand.
Education: Degree/Diploma in Event Management, Hotel Management, or Business Administration.

Skills: · Robust event planning, logistics, and organizational capabilities.

· Proven vendor management and contract negotiation skills.

· Excellent communication and client-handling abilities under pressure.

· Familiarity with event budgeting and corporate booking tools.
