Prepare feasibility study, process concept, Clarify technical queries with customer & ensure part manufacturability and quality compliance

Lead APQP activities, ensure PPAP documentation and submission, and obtain customer approvals for production release.

Plan and execute tool trials & pilot production. Validate part quality, dimensional stability, process capability & support ramp-up to mass production

Documentation ( BOM, PCS & Control plans ) & Change Management (ECN )Represent NPD in customer meetings, audits & reviews and provide technical justification & trial results.

Prepare and track NPD production plans to meet project milestones.

Act as the Single Point of Contact for all NPD projects

Sub contract follow-up for NPD parts - Laser, Surface coating & Out sourcing parts.

Lead ERP Process in Production module.

Co-ordinate JBR for Pre treatment waste water disposal.

Kaizen - To ensure continuous improvement

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
