The Senior Nurse (OHC) will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in the Occupational Health Clinic. This role involves assessing patients' health needs, implementing nursing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure a secure and healthy working environment for employees.

The Senior

Nurse will also supervise junior nursing staff, manage patient records, and assist in the development of health promotion programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough health assessments and physical examinations for employees.
Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians and ensure proper documentation.
Develop and implement nursing care plans based on individual patient needs.
Educate employees on health and safety practices, illness prevention, and wellness strategies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address occupational health concerns.
Manage and supervise junior nursing staff, providing training and support as needed.




Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinic protocols.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as required.
Stay updated on current occupational health trends, regulations, and best practices.

Skills and Tools Required:
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree.
Robust clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare technologies.
Familiarity with occupational health regulations and safety standards.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage stress and respond effectively in emergency situations.
