The Nurse is responsible for providing primary medical care, administering first aid, promoting occupational health, maintaining employee medical records, supporting statutory compliance, and assisting in emergency response to ensure a secure and healthy workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees in case of injuries or illness.
Assess patients and determine the need for referral to hospitals or specialists.
Assist the Factory Medical Officer in conducting routine health consultations.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments.

Health Surveillance
Coordinate pre-employment, periodic, and annual medical examinations.
Maintain employee health records and medical history confidentially.




Monitor employees exposed to occupational hazards and maintain surveillance records.
Conduct vision, hearing, blood pressure, BMI, and other basic health assessments.

Emergency Response
Respond promptly to workplace emergencies and medical incidents.
Coordinate ambulance services and hospital referrals when required.
Maintain emergency medical equipment, first aid kits, and medicines.
Participate in mock drills for fire, chemical spills, and medical emergencies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
