Patient Care

Management
Ensure secure, compassionate, and quality nursing care to all patients.
Monitor patient care activities and ensure adherence to nursing protocols.
Supervise patient assessment, treatment, medication administration, and documentation.
Ensure patient safety measures are followed at all times.
Address patient and attendant concerns promptly and professionally.
Staff Supervision
Supervise and guide staff nurses, nursing assistants, and support staff.
Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing for all shifts.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline, and grooming of nursing staff.
Conduct shift handovers and ensure continuity of patient care.
Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
Clinical Operations
Ensure proper admission, transfer, discharge, and referral processes.
Monitor medication administration and compliance with medication safety protocols.
Ensure emergency equipment and crash carts are fully functional and stocked.
Coordinate with consultants and other departments for seamless patient care.
Quality & NABH Compliance




Ensure compliance with NABH standards, hospital policies, and nursing protocols.
Maintain accurate nursing records and departmental documentation.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and internal audits.
Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control guidelines.
Report and investigate clinical incidents, medication errors, and patient safety events.
Inventory & Equipment Management
Monitor availability of medicines, consumables, and nursing supplies.
Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of medical equipment.
Report equipment breakdowns and coordinate repairs with the Biomedical department.
Prevent wastage and misuse of hospital resources.
Training & Development
Conduct orientation for newly joined nursing staff.
Organize regular clinical training and competency assessments.
Encourage continuous career development and skill enhancement.
Ensure staff participate in mandatory hospital training programs.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
