Position: Staff Nurse

Department: Nursing Services

Reporting To: HR Head

Qualification
Mandatory: GNM or B.Sc. Nursing
Valid Delhi Nursing Council (DNC) Registration Certificate

Experience
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a recognized hospital.

Key Responsibilities
Provide protected and quality nursing care to patients.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient condition and promptly report any changes.
Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.
Assist doctors during examinations and procedures.
Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and biomedical waste management protocols.
Maintain patient confidentiality and effective communication with patients and the healthcare team.
Participate in Code Blue, Fire Safety, Disaster Management, and mandatory hospital trainings.
Adhere to hospital policies, SOPs, and NABH standards.

Required Skills
Positive clinical and communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Team player with a patient-centric approach.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
