Job Summary:

Shree Sairam Paints Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented NABL Lab Incharge to oversee laboratory activities and ensure compliance with National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) standards. Freshers with strong academic knowledge and interest in laboratory quality systems are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain laboratory operations as per NABL guidelines and quality standards.
Assist in implementing and maintaining Quality Management System (QMS).
Maintain documentation, SOPs, test records, and calibration records.
Support internal audits and NABL audit preparations.




Ensure proper handling, testing, and reporting of samples.
Monitor equipment calibration and maintenance schedules.
Ensure laboratory safety and compliance procedures are followed.
Coordinate with management for continuous quality improvement.

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and quality systems.
Robust documentation and record-keeping skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria:
B.Sc / M.Sc in Science (Chemistry preferred, but any science discipline can apply).
Fresher or up to 1 year of laboratory experience
