Job Opportunity: NCLEX RN Educator Department: Academics

Location: Trivandrum (In office)

Employment Type: Full time, Permanent

Compensation: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for an expert NCLEX, MOH, or Prometric Educator to join our academic department. In this role, you will deliver top-tier instruction, design comprehensive course materials, and mentor nursing students. The ideal candidate will combine a strong foundation in nursing education with exceptional communication and public speaking skills.

Core Responsibilities

Instruction & Training:

Lead engaging in-person lectures, group sessions, and virtual classes for students.

Curriculum Design: Create, update, and improve course materials, study guides, and lesson plans tailored to NCLEX/MOH/Prometric standards.

Student Mentorship: Advise and support students regarding their academic progress and future career paths.

Performance Evaluation:



Design, administer, and grade quizzes and examinations to track student comprehension and success.

On-Camera Contribution: Actively participate in the creation of educational, training, and promotional video content.

Public Speaking: Consistently deliver explicit, well-structured, and impactful presentations.

Candidate Requirements

Credentials: Must have successfully passed the NCLEX, MOH, or Prometric examination. Education: Holds a graduate degree in Nursing or a closely related field.

Key Skills: Possesses outstanding communication and presentation abilities, alongside a comfortable and confident on-camera presence.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
