Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports for the Investment Sales team.
Generate reports on sales performance, investment mobilization, customer acquisition, renewals, and revenue.
Track individual Relationship Officers' and Branch performance against assigned targets.
Maintain accurate records of investment transactions, customer portfolios, and sales activities.
Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in coordination with branches and sales teams.
Prepare dashboards and performance scorecards for management review.
Analyze sales trends, productivity, and business growth, and provide actionable insights.
Monitor target achievement and prepare incentive calculation reports.
Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams for report reconciliation.

Required Skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, IF functions)
Solid analytical and reporting skills
Excellent attention to detail
Robust communication and coordination abilities
Ability to meet strict reporting deadlines
