Collaborate closely with customers to understand AI safety challenges, innovation objectives, and safety requirements.
Translate customer needs into actionable roadmaps aligned with their innovation cycles.
Oversee the development of tools and platforms for alignment assessments, adversarial testing, drift detection, and interpretability analysis.
Make informed build vs. buy decisions to optimize speed and integration with customers.
Champion engineering excellence by enforcing secure coding practices, automation, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code.
Ensure system reliability with SLAs, SLOs, rigorous testing, and operational dashboards.
Continuously innovate AI safety methodologies by staying current with research and piloting emerging techniques.
