Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our water treatment chemicals sales. The candidate must have a proven track record in industrial chemical sales and should be capable of developing recent business, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify and acquire new clients in industrial sectors such as manufacturing, textiles, power plants, and process industries.
Manage and grow existing client relationships with consistent follow-ups and value-driven solutions.
Conduct site visits, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable chemical treatment programs.
Work closely with the technical/service team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify recent business opportunities.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to management.




Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Undergraduate degree (Science, Engineering, or related field preferred).
Experience: Minimum 5 years in chemical sales (mandatory).
Prior experience in water treatment chemicals or related industrial chemicals is required.
Strong business development skills with proven sales achievements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently as well as lead a small sales team.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
