Ltd is seeking an Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations at our Sengadu facility. The candidate will handle front-desk duties, record-keeping, basic correspondence, and general clerical support to maintain smooth office workflow.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with filing documents, managing incoming calls, sending emails, and handling daily office communications.
Maintain accurate entry of operational data, registers, and office logs using MS Office / Excel.
Greet visitors, vendors, and candidates in a professional manner.
Monitor office stationery and supplies, placing replenishment orders as needed.
Coordinate with internal staff and management to relay important messages and documents.
Assist the accounts and dispatch team with basic invoice filing, bills, and voucher handling.





Qualifications & Requirements
Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduation in any discipline.
Prior office assistant, administrative, or clerical experience is helpful. Freshers with strong computer skills may apply.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and email handling.
Working knowledge of Tamil and basic understanding of English.
Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and attention to detail.
