Job Title: Operations Executive (Freshers Welcome)

Job Summary

Om Sai Hi-Tech Fire Safety Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Operations Executive to support day-to-day business operations. This prospect is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in operations, administration, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily operational activities.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Maintain records, reports, and operational documentation.
Prepare reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
Handle email communication and follow up with stakeholders.
Support project coordination and scheduling.
Assist with billing, documentation, and compliance activities.
Monitor task progress and ensure timely completion.
Help resolve operational issues and support process improvements.
Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.





Eligibility

Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BMS, BA, B.Sc., BCA or equivalent).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Operations, Administration, Back Office, or Coordination will also be considered.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic email communication skills.
Robust organizational and time management abilities.
Willingness to learn and work in a team.
Positive attitude with positive problem-solving skills.

Salary

Negotiable (Based on qualifications and experience).

Mulund (East), Mumbai.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
