Maintenance Operations (HVAC / Power / Fire & Utilities) :
Lead and manage the day-to-day facilities maintenance operations for industrial park buildings, common infrastructure, utilities, and office facilities.
Oversee preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), and breakdown maintenance activities for:
HVAC systems (AHU, FCU, Chillers, Ventilation Systems)
Electrical systems
Transformers
DG Sets / Generators
UPS Systems
LT & HT Panels
Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems
Water Supply Systems
Plumbing & Drainage Systems
STP / WTP systems

Housekeeping Management : Manage all housekeeping operations across industrial park premises, office buildings, common areas, roads, washrooms, and landscape areas.
1. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are maintained at all times.
Supervise housekeeping contractors, supervisors, and janitorial staff.




Monitor housekeeping consumables inventory and control operational costs.
Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules, deep-cleaning programs, and waste management procedures.
Ensure pest control activities are conducted regularly and effectively.
Security Management :
1. Oversee the entire security operations for industrial park premises, including:
Access control management
Visitor management
Vehicle movement control
Emergency response
CCTV monitoring
