We are hiring a professional and target-driven Operations Manager for our US truck insurance operations — leading the team and running day-to-day operations. This role is responsible for overseeing operational workflow, team performance, compliance, reporting and overall efficiency.
This role requires robust communication skills, a respectful approach, and the ability to represent the company professionally with international clients.
What you'll do
Recruit, train, and manage the operations team
Oversee daily workflow and CRM management
Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met
Maintain quality, compliance, and process standards
Prepare reports and improve operational efficiency
Coordinate with our US team
What we're looking for
Experience managing operations or teams (US process/BPO experience is a plus)
Excellent spoken and written English
Robust leadership and organizational skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Available to work US hours (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST, Monday–Friday)
