Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily factory operations.
Handle factory staff and ensure smooth production.
Prepare and submit daily production and attendance reports.
Conduct site visits as required.
Coordinate with management and workers to maintain productivity.
Ensure quality standards and workplace discipline.
Monitor inventory, materials, and operational activities.
Requirements
Experience in factory supervision or operations.
Positive communication and reporting skills.
Ability to manage workers and solve operational issues.
Willingness to travel for site visits when required.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting is preferred
Timings: 9AM to 9PM
