About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Business Analyst with a strong background in organizational change management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the change lead on complex client engagements, working at the intersection of business analysis and change management. This role involves partnering with clients to assess change impacts, develop tailored change strategies, engage stakeholders across all levels, and drive adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational structures.
The Lead Business
Analyst will be embedded within program leadership teams, shaping change initiatives from strategy formulation through to sustainment and benefits realization.
Qualifications Candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years of business analysis experience, with at least 4-5 years leading change management initiatives within medium to large transformation programs. Demonstrable client-facing consulting experience is essential, including the ability to facilitate workshops, manage senior stakeholders, and operate effectively under ambiguity. Deep knowledge of recognized change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step, or LaMarsh Managed Change is required.
Experience delivering change in areas such as ERP, CRM, HCM implementations (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, Dynamics), cloud migrations, operating model redesigns, M&A; integrations,
or digital transformations is highly desirable. Solid stakeholder management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in core business analysis techniques are also critical.
Certifications such as Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP, APMG Change Management Practitioner, CBAP/CCBA, or relevant Agile certifications are preferred.
Responsibilities Define and tailor the overall change management strategy based on client culture, change maturity, scope, and risk profile.
Develop comprehensive change management plans encompassing stakeholder engagement, communication, training, business readiness, adoption, and sustainment activities.
Conduct detailed change impact assessments across roles, processes, systems, and locations, quantifying the severity and complexity of changes to inform intervention strategies.
Maintain a dynamic change impact register, surfacing risks and providing insights to program leadership for proactive management.
Identify, segment, and analyze stakeholder groups, designing targeted engagement approaches to foster buy-in and mitigate resistance.
Coach executive sponsors and leaders to act as visible change champions, equipping them with messaging, tools, and coaching support.
Develop and execute communication strategies, including collateral such as emails, town halls, videos, and FAQs, ensuring effective two-way communication channels.
Partner with training teams to define learning needs, shape training curricula, and oversee logistics, ensuring training effectiveness and adoption.
Design and manage business readiness frameworks, including criteria, checkpoints, dashboards, and go/no-go assessments.
Establish and support change champion networks, maintaining momentum and embedding change into organizational culture.
Proactively identify resistance sources, design targeted interventions, and collaborate with HR and leadership to address sensitive change scenarios.
Define KPIs for adoption and sustainment, monitor progress, and link change activities to benefits realization and program value metrics.
Own end-to-end business analysis deliverables with a focus on change impact, including process maps, operating models, and business cases.
Prepare executive briefings, status dashboards, and steering committee reports to communicate progress and insights effectively.
Mentor junior business analysts and change practitioners, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
