Responsibilities

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer with robust expertise in backend development using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices,



and JPA/Hibernate, along with frontend development experience in ReactJS and/or Angular. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-grade applications while driving technical excellence and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and JPA/Hibernate.
- Develop and enhance responsive frontend applications using ReactJS and/or Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Own application modules end-to-end, from requirements gathering and technical design to development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, and Support teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in development, testing, and production environments.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across project teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives around performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability.

Qualifications

Graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. 3-4 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
